This fun show produced by Theatre Fidera Fidera features flying meat bones, sabre-toothed tigers, time-travelling sticks, rapping wolves and forest infernos. Inspired by the amazing evolutionary process where over thousands of years hunter-gatherers transformed the wolf into a perfect pet through domestication and selection, this action-packed fun play contains lots of hilarious twists and turns before man can finally pat their dog.
Councillor Louise Gittins, Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Wellbeing at Cheshire West and Chester Council, said: “This engaging and energetic play is a wonderful mix of song, puppetry and fun and will delight children and adults alike. I hope as many people as possible make it along to the historic Thompson Suite for this performance.”
The play runs for an hour without an interval and includes a ten minute ‘meet the performers and puppets session.
The Lion Salt Works Museum tells the story of salt through fun, interactive displays, a theatrical lighting, sound and film experience and a walk-in ‘subsiding house’. There is no charge to visit the bespoke play area, butterfly garden, café or shop.
